Hi! My name is Leah, I have always loved baking and providing food for the public, especially cakes and desserts. I have 7 years experience working as a starter and dessert chef in one of Somerset's most popular and very busy pubs who pride themselves on selling only homemade food.
I moved on from there to help launch an exciting new venture at Kimbers Farm Shop “The Kitchen at Kimbers” I helped develop the menu and was the main chef responsible for running the kitchen preparing food, making cakes and desserts for the cafe and farm shop.
I have always had a real passion for baking and I believe that I have a great talent for it, which is why I have set up my own company Somerset Blissful Bakes. I am going to love creating lovely cakes and delicious desserts and sharing my passion with you!
